• Wallet Address: When you create a token using your Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom), we store your public wallet address in our database. This is used to support user inquiries, verify token ownership, and detect potential abuse.
• Transaction Data: All blockchain transactions are signed by you and executed on-chain. These are public and verifiable on the Solana blockchain.
• Uploaded Images: Token logos are uploaded to decentralized storage (e.g., IPFS via Pinata) and are permanently and publicly accessible.

2. Wallet Connection

You may connect your wallet using supported providers like Phantom. We do not access or store private keys, seed phrases, or other sensitive credentials. All transactions require your explicit approval via your wallet interface.

3. Payments and Fees

We charge a transparent base commission (e.g. 0.2 SOL) for each token creation. Optional features include:

• Revoke Mint Authority: 0.1 SOL Free
• Revoke Freeze Authority: 0.1 SOL Free

These optional charges are added only when selected and approved by you before signing the transaction.

Blockchain Network Fees

Note: Users are responsible only for paying the commission amount defined by Solypto. All blockchain network fees required for token creation or other services are covered by Solypto. Payment data, if collected, is handled securely as described in this Privacy Policy.

4. Affiliate Program

If you choose to participate in our affiliate program, we collect information necessary to track and process referrals, including:

• Wallet addresses of both the referring and referred users
• Referral relationships and dates
• Commission amounts related to affiliate payouts

We use this information to:

• Track successful referrals
• Calculate and pay affiliate commissions
• Analyze affiliate performance and detect fraudulent activities
• Affiliate information is processed securely and is not shared beyond what is necessary to operate the program. By participating in the affiliate program, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in this section.

5. Analytics and Tracking

We do not use cookies or tracking pixels. Basic, privacy-focused analytics (e.g., Plausible or Fathom) may be used to understand overall usage trends in aggregate form, without storing personally identifiable information.

6. Use of Stored Wallet Addresses

We store public wallet addresses to:

• Help users verify token ownership
• Provide support or dispute resolution
• Prevent spam or abuse of the platform

Wallet addresses are not linked to any personal identity and are only used internally for legitimate business purposes.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Uploaded token metadata and logos are stored publicly via IPFS and accessible via metadata URLs included in the token creation process.

8. Data Retention

We retain wallet addresses and token creation logs indefinitely for support and transparency purposes. You may request removal of your address from our internal records by contacting support, though this will not affect on-chain data.

9. Security

All communication with our platform is encrypted via HTTPS. We do not store sensitive credentials, and all sensitive actions are initiated and signed directly in your wallet.

10. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data such as names, email addresses, or passwords, there is limited identifiable data to request or delete. However, if you believe any of your data is being handled improperly, please contact us and we will respond as quickly as possible.
